Payment for SOL-LA Group Classes, Individual Lessons & Annual Student Registration

  • Use this online form to send tuition payments per student, for SOL-LA for Group Classes, Individual Lessons and Annual Student Registration Fee.

    Please note the red asterisk (*) next to the field name means the field is required.
  • All amounts are in USD.
    • SOL-LA Annual Student Registration Fee is paid in full at registration, once per academic year.
    • SOL-LA Tuition for Group Classes is due in full by the start of each semester, and is non-refundable. 
    • SOL-LA Tuition for Individual Lessons is based on renewable “Packages of 16 Lessons”, taken consecutively year-round, and is due in advance of the 1st lesson of each “Package of 16 Lessons:  to be paid in full, or to be paid in four consecutive monthly installments.
    I agree and promise to make payments in accordance with fees and tuition for the lessons and classes selected. I understand SOL-LA Music Academy’s cancellation and refund policies. In the event that I default in this contract, I agree to pay to SOL-LA Music Academy all reasonable and necessary costs of collection incurred to collect monies for services provided by SOL-LA Music Academy, including but not limited to: costs of any collection agent or agency; costs of Court; reasonable and necessary attorney’s fees; prejudgment interest at the maximum rate allowed by law.
SOL-LA Music Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
